Villy

Villy er psykolog, autoriseret og specialist godkendt i psykoterapi. Arbejder med forskellige teorier og metoder inden for systemisk, narrativ, psykodynamiske og kognitive tilgange – med særlig interesse for strømninger inden for neuro-affektiv traumeterapi bl.a. inspireret af IFS modellen og bifokal stimulation. Villy har stor klinisk erfaring i mødet med børn, unge, unge voksne og deres familier samt øvrige netværk i forbindelse med alvorlige psykiske lidelser og med traumatiske tab, akutte eller efter lang tids sygdom i familien.

Helle

Helle er uddannet NLP Psykoterapeut MPF, TOTUM Kropsterapeut og familierådgiver og har taget
efteruddannelse/kurser i traumearbejde, angst & stress, mentalisering, tilknytningsteori, krop & bevægelse.

Helle stor erfaring i arbejdet med børn, unge og voksne, samt familier med og uden diagnoser.
Helle arbejder ud fra et helhedsorienteret fundament indenfor både den psykodynamiske og systemiske
ramme med et ressourceorienteret og traumeorienteret blik.

Kamilla er udddannet inden for flere metoder herunder EFT-med overbygning til børn og unge med særlige behov, Access Bars, Access Body Process,
Mindfulness/sundhed for voksne, med overbygning til børn - Atwork Metodo Amaranta - Multidimensionel Healing Terapi ved Amaranta.

I mit arbejde med transformation af fastlåste mønstre, hjælper jeg voksne og børn med at finde deres
autentiske potentiale. 

Min tilgang til sundhed er at skabe balance mellem krop sjæl og sind. 

Da alle er unikke, er min tilgang derfor altid individuel og tilpasset her og nu behov.

Kamilla arbejder med mange forskellige værktøjer som Mindfulness/ Yoga/Åndedræt & Kropsbevidsthed,
Kreativ underviser, Natur kunst & terapi, Eft, med overbygning for børn & unge med specielle behov.

Nadja

Nadja er uddannet Integrativ Dynamisk Psykoterapeut MPF med videreuddannelse som SE
traumeterapeut. Nadja har stor erfaring med eksistentielle komplekse udfordringer og traumer; Sorg, tab, psykisk og fysisk overgreb, udviklingstraumer, tilknytningsproblematikker, angst, ensomhed og stress.

Nadja siger: ”Jeg arbejder ikke ud fra én bestemt metode, men ud fra en overbevisning om at hvert møde mellem terapeut og klient er enkeltstående, enestående -og derfor kræver sit helt eget individuelle forløb. Mit udgangspunkt er, at krop og psyke er forbundet og at det vi længes efter, allerede eksisterer inde i os”

Rikke

Rikke er uddannet socialrådgiver med videreuddannelse indenfor sikkerhedsplanlægning, LØFT, EMDR, ”Sleeping dogs”-metoden til stabilisering af kronisk traumatiserede børn og unge, ”The Resolution Approach”, samt yoga, meditation og breathwork, til at understøtte det traumeinformerede arbejde.

Rikke har endvidere udviklet metoden ”The Reconnect Trauma Release System”, som hun i dag uddanner andre professionelle i. Rikke har mange års erfaring som underviser, supervisor og konsulent for professionelle på børneområdet i det sikkerhedsorienterede, løsningsfokuserede og traumeinformerede arbejde med udsatte børn, unge og deres forældre.

Line

Line er uddannet cand.psych., fra Københavns Universitet. Derudover har Line taget specialistuddannelse i kognitiv adfærdsterapi på B/U-området samt specialistuddannelse i mentaliseringsbaseret terapi med børn, unge og deres familier. Herudover er Line uddannet i selvmordsforebyggelse, har været rådgiver på Livslinien i otte år, på Børne- og ForældreTelefonen i fire år samt skribent på Brevkassen ved Børns Vilkår i
to år.

Line arbejder især mentaliseringsbaseret (MBT), og optager sig tanker, følelser, drømme, håb og
intentioner samt forståelsen af både os selv og andre, men også om vores samspil.

Line siger: ”Mit ønske er at hjælpe unge mennesker til at leve deres bedste liv, hvorfor omdrejningspunktet
for mit arbejde er at give dig redskaber til at komme tættere på det liv, som du drømmer om”.

Mathilde

Mathilde er uddannet indenfor journalistik, kommunikation og medier. Mathilde er derudover uddannet naturterapeut, neurocoach og åndedrætsinstruktør og har 20 års erfaring indenfor kommunikation og sundhed.

Mathildes blik på sundhed ses gennem en bred ramme, hvor hun både optager sig af hvordan virksomheder er bæredygtige og investerer i menneskers sundhed, og helt ned til det enkelte menneske, hvor hun optages af menneskers indre bæredygtighed, altså hvordan vi får et godt og sundt liv i fysisk og psykisk balance.

Camilla

Camilla har en Ph.d. i Folkesundhed, er unge-mentor og traumebehandler. Camilla arbejder som forsker,
hvor hun er med til, løbende at sikre data- og vidensindsamling på de unge og deres udvikling, måle effekterne af vores indsatser, til gavn for både for den enkelte unge og for samfundet. Camilla skrev bogen ”Vores forældre drak - at overvinde en svær barndom' som udkom i 2021 fra
Gyldendals Forlag.

Camilla siger: ”Når livet gør ondt, ender man hurtigt i ensomhed, forkerthed og en følelse af, at livet er en kamp. Dog tror jeg på, at vi netop i de allersværeste omstændigheder i vores liv, oparbejder en styrke og resiliens, samt en evne til frihed og fred, som vi i den grad kan sætte i spil til gavn for os selv og de mennesker vi har omkring os. Vi skal 'blot' lære hvordan”.

Katrine

Katrine er uddannet cand. mag. i Psykologi og Pædagogik. Katrine har mange års erfaring i arbejdet med sårbare børn og unge, særligt unge med psykiske udfordringer. Katrine har arbejdet som frivillig rådgiver i Børns Vilkår, hvor hun varetog støttende samtaler med børn og unge og er frivillig rådgiver hos Bryd Tavsheden. Katrine har derudover arbejdet som støtte og vejleder for unge med spiseforstyrrelser, udviklet online fællesskaber for ensomme unge og fungeret som kontaktperson for psykisk sårbare unge i Københavns kommune.

Katrine siger: ”I mødet med de unge er det utrolig vigtigt for mig at være åben og nysgerrig samt at se det enkelte individ, da ikke to unge er ens til trods for at have samme diagnose”.

Gitte

Gitte er uddannet lægesekretær og SOSU assistent med flere kurser i krisepsykologi. Er ligeledes uddannet i traumebehandling metoden ”Sleeping Dog”.

Gitte har desuden fungeret som underviser for
sundhedspersonale og som praktikvejleder for nye SOSU medhjælpere -og assistenter. Gitte har mange års erfaring i arbejdet med både unge og ældre med psykiske udfordringer og har været ”bonusvoksen” for en Ung i OPUS.

Heidie

Heidie er stifter og direktør for Børn og Unges Trivsel, UNIK, initiativtager til UNIK Danmark og udvikler af UNIK modellen, specialiseret indenfor udsatte og anbringelsesområdet, med et socialt og sundhedsfremmende sigte.

Heidie er herudover uddannet psyko -og traumeterapeut, med speciale i stress og kriseterapi og har mange års erfaring i arbejdet med særligt udsatte og psykisk sårbare unge. Heidie arbejder ud fra en traumeorienteret, løsningsfokuseret og rehabiliterende metode.

Heidie siger: ”Jeg tror på at ALLE, uanset hvad vi kommer fra, har et potentiale og at ”guldet” ligger i os selv. Der er HÅB for HELING!”
